Fujian Sanming Zhengyuan Chemical Co., Ltd., established in 2010, is a private company limited integrating research, production and sales, with registered capital of RMB 50 million. It is mainly engaged in production of silicate product series. With annual design yield of 250,000 tons of sodium silicate and 150,000 tons of silicon dioxide, the company has a total investment of RMB 320 million. Currently, it has established several production lines, which are supplied with nationally leading technological equipments. Products manufactured by the company have quality conforming to international standards.

In 2011, the company passed ISO9001-2008 management system certification; in 2012, it had 7 utility model patents; in 2013, it passed EU FAMI-QS certification, and received a feed additive production permit and a national food additive production permit from the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China. With respect to its production scale, the company holds one of the national first three ranks, with its products sold all over the county and to other places in the world.

 Production

We use high purity quartz sand (more than 99%) and high quality soda ash and sulfuric acid as a raw material, in process is equipped with large water treatment equipment, and large air filters to ensure the quality of the sodium silicate and silica.

Advanced & all automatic equipment and technical team with more than thirty years of experiences in silica field make us achieved an efficient and stable production.

1)High quality raw materials:

1.More than 99% high purity quartz sand and high quality soda ash ensure the stable and outstanding quality of sodium silicate (also known as water glass), which also is the raw material of precipitated silica;

2.The water, which is essential in the whole reaction process, is deal by the large water treatment system, ensuring the purity of precipitated silica. 

2)Advanced automatic equipment:

1.The whole set of advanced automatic equipment ensure the stable quality of precipitated silica.

2.The standardization management team also ensure the efficiency of production.

Quality control

1)Quality control center

Well-equipped quality control center is capable for raw material and silicon dioxide testing, ensuring the stable and safe quality. Zhengyuan adopts automatic control at its manufacturing plants and follows the strict quality standards and testing methodologies established by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO). These rigid quality standards ensure that Zhengyuan products consistently maintain stated values for surface area, moisture, pH content and other critical manufacturing specifications, as long as they are properly stored and handled.

2)Physical laboratory

Well-equipped physics laboratory employs the latest in technology for customer service and product innovation. Physical properties of rubber would be tested in comprehensive analytical methods which compliance with ASTM standards, including tensile strength, modulus 500% pa and elongation etc.
